Why Do we Do it?

In 2011, Jose Alberto Rosario Herrera was awarded a two year SEED scholarship to study Small and Medium Business Administration, at Broome Community College, Binghamton, New York. He is from Santo Domingo which is the capital of Dominican Republic.

The arrival of such young person to the Dominican Republic started a movement which it’s mission is to improve and develop communities by identifying needs, creating action plans and following up with the resolutions.

In 2013, been already home, Jose Rosario created a social movement named as Action Joven SEED (Youth Action SEED). Such movement turned out so effective within the communities that Jose Rosario implemented projects supporting and bringing ideas for community’s development.
